    • Where is the store based?

      We are located in sunny Stone Mountain, Georgia, USA.

    • Shipping & Tracking

      All items are shipped via Priority Mail 2-Day Express shipping via USPS and tracking numbers will be provided once items have shipped. We are not responsible for USPS mishaps but please contact us if your package has not shown up in over 30 days.

    • How long will it take to receive my order?

      It takes 3-7 days to process your order, and it will then be shipped off the following business day. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 7 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. A shipping number will be provided once your item is shipped off under Paypal so that you can track your order.

    • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

      Yes we do. Please use our shipping calculator on the checkout page to determine international shipping costs in your area.

    • What is this store’s return and exchange policy?

      We do not accept returns based off the nature of our business, but we will try our best to accommodate you if your product is broken/damaged. If your product arrives broken or damaged please contact us within 48 hrs of receiving your products with attached photos so we can replace it.

      Exchanges can only be done if your order has not yet shipped and only on products of equal or lesser value. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order for exchanges.

    • Refunds Policy

      All sales are final unless we can not fulfill your order for whatever reason. If that so happens to be the case, we will give you a full refund of your order. Please see above for our returns and exchange policy on broken or damaged items.

    • Are all of your products handmade?

      Yes! All of our products are handmade in small batches. We do everything ourselves from designing, packaging, and the formulation process.

    • I, or someone I’m buying this for is allergic to nuts, can I still use your products?

      We list the ingredients of each item on the item description page. Some products are packaged in a facility that process nuts, soy, & dairy products so please keep that in mind when shopping with us!

    • Are your products cruelty-free?

      We only have a few non-vegan products which are the goat milk and honey products. Other than that we aim to be as natural and cruelty-free as possible!

    • How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

      We use PayPal to process our payments, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, we have all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club.

  • What if something is wrong with my order?
